Synopsis
Wu Liuqi, an amnesiac bounty hunter, appears intimidating with his deadly telekinetic scissor techniques and ability to transform. However, he is quite terrible at his job, often botching assassinations or targeting the wrong person. Accompanied by his feathered friend Dai Bo, Wu seeks to regain his memories while working as a hairdresser to repay debt.
