Synopsis
This 61-minute film follows Yi-gyeong, an 18-year-old student who meets Suyi, an athletic girl who sparks new romantic feelings in her. Over the next two years, their relationship helps both women grow, but Yi-gyeong realizes her feelings for Suyi have begun to change.
Background
The Korean Yuri animation film The Summer (Geu Yeoreum) topped the Korean independent art film box office upon its June 7 release, marking one of the few queer animations produced in Korea.
