Gwang-jang

Isak Borg, a tall, blonde, and blue-eyed First Secretary at the Swedish Embassy in Pyongyang, is under constant surveillance and discouraged from interacting with locals. Despite this, he secretly dates Bok-joo, a traffic officer. When Isak's request to extend his stay is denied, he begs Bok-joo to return to Stockholm with him. She refuses and disappears, leaving Isak desperate and suspicious of everyone, including his interpreter Myeong-jun.
