Synopsis
A new tough guy transfer student arrives in Tokyo. His name is Tokio, and he's eager to see how scrappy the locals are. But when he encounters a Japan-obsessed red-haired kid who won't leave him alone until he reveals his hometown, his life takes a wild turn. This kid isn't just obsessed with Japan; he's developed a martial art based on all the different prefectures in the country!
