Sinopse
Rakurou "Sunraku" Hizutome se apaixonou pelo popular jogo de realidade virtual Shangri-La Frontier. Ele rapidamente ganhou fama derrotando dois dos sete monstros únicos, quase imbatíveis. Para avançar na história do jogo, Sunraku embarca em uma aventura com sua guia leporina, Emul, para adquirir uma unidade de operação mágica de uma oficina antiga. Ao lado de seus companheiros de clã Towa "Arthur Pencilgon" Amane e Kei "OiKatzo" Uomi, Sunraku ganha conhecimentos e aliados valiosos, críticos para seu avanço no jogo. Ao procurar inimigos poderosos e desvendar os mecanismos internos do mundo do jogo, Sunraku pode mudar o Shangri-La Frontier para sempre.
