Sinopsis
Long ago, monstrous creatures known as Oni slaughtered humans for their own amusement. A lone warrior named Momotarou stood against these nearly invincible beasts, but the war had just begun. Thousands of years later, Shiki Ichinose, a hot-headed gun enthusiast, lives a carefree life until his expulsion from school. After being attacked by a mysterious man, Shiki is rescued by his adoptive father, Tsuyoshi, who reveals that Shiki is a descendant of the Oni. Tsuyoshi and their pursuer are from the Momotarou lineage. During a fierce battle, Tsuyoshi sacrifices himself to protect Shiki. Devastated, Shiki awakens to his Oni blood, granting him immense strength but causing him to go berserk. Naito Mudano, an Oni teacher at Rasetsu Academy, takes an interest in Shiki. Under Mudano's guidance, Shiki must learn to control his Oni blood to avenge his father.
