Synopsis

In a world teeming with superpowered Quirk users, college student Kouichi Haimawari aspires to become a hero like those he admires. However, his sliding ability, which grants him the speed of a bicycle, limits his potential. Drawn to extra-legal work, he takes on various local tasks beyond the reach of the police and licensed heroes. A chance encounter with two misfits, the brash brawler Knuckleduster and the online sensation Pop☆Step, offers Kouichi the opportunity he has always dreamed of. With a dangerous new Quirk-enhancing drug turning ordinary people into instant villains, Kouichi joins the duo in a quest to stop the drug's spread. As the trio investigates, they aim to put an end to wrongdoers overlooked by the law.
