Synopsis
Spring arrives, and the cuckoo, leading its young, flies to the mountain village, calling out to remind people to sow seeds. The cuckoo is laughed at for being late, as people have already sown seeds. Disbelieving, the cuckoo sees the fields covered in green. The scarecrow explains scientific farming methods, and the cuckoo teaches its young to call out about early planting and harvesting.
