Synopsis
Joe Shimamura and the other cyborgs confront the Bresudo, a group with remarkable powers and intellect who have secretly shaped human history. Their goals are unknown, casting a dark shadow over the world. While few believe in the Bresdo's existence, an American journalist named Lucie Davenport heads to Texas to contact a certain family and meets the cyborgs. The cyborgs, now free from their duty of protecting humanity due to the establishment of the UN Guardian troops, live peaceful lives.
