Synopsis
Joe Shimamura and the other cyborgs battle the Bresudo, a group with extraordinary abilities and intellect who have secretly influenced human history. Their intentions remain a mystery, casting a dark shadow over the world. While many doubt the Bresdo's existence, an American journalist named Lucie Davenport travels to Texas to investigate a certain family and encounters the cyborgs. The cyborgs, now free from their duty of protecting humanity due to the establishment of the UN Guardian troops, live peaceful lives.
