Synopsis
Half-demon twins Towa and Setsuna lived joyfully together in Feudal Japan until a forest fire separated them. Towa was thrown through a portal to modern-day Japan, where she was raised by Souta Higurashi after being unable to return to her time. Ten years later, 14-year-old Towa, despite her frequent fights, is relatively well-adjusted. Unexpectedly, three visitors from Feudal Japan arrive: Moroha, a bounty hunter; Setsuna, a demon slayer and Towa's long-lost twin sister; and Mistress Three-Eyes, a demon seeking a mystical object. Together, the girls defeat their foe, but Towa discovers Setsuna has no memory of her. The story follows the three girls as they work to restore Setsuna's memory and uncover the truth about their linked destinies.
