Synopsis
On September 26, 1959, Super Typhoon #15 struck the coast of Japan with winds reaching 305 km/h, causing over 5,000 deaths and 30,000 injuries. This animated movie, produced on the 30th anniversary of the tragedy, commemorates the dead and survivors.
