Synopsis
In a rural village, fourth-graders at the local school possess unique superpowers, such as flying eyeballs and missile-hair. Ippei and his friends train hard to become ninjas but face constant threats from the arrogant cheats in the neighboring village of Techno. This strange mix of ninjas and school comedy is based on a children's manga by Kawai Kazuyoshi.
