Synopsis
In October 1987, the Kinoshita family in Suganami, Tokyo, faces financial struggles. To make ends meet, they decide to rent out the second floor of their apartment. One day, an elderly dog named Norayama Kuroyoshi and a younger boy-dog called Norakuro arrive, seeking to establish a detective agency. Norayama aims to be the president, with Norakuro as the director. They recruit Keita, one of the Kinoshita's sons, as an employee and Rika Sawaguchi, a high school student, as their advisor. On the third day of their operation, they receive their first case.
