Synopsis
Laust, a young healer, has always been taken advantage of by dishonest adventurers. Despite his efforts to improve, he is tricked and eventually expelled by Margulus, the leader of the Blades of Lightning, the first party he joins after training. Ridiculed by the public, Laust's future seems bleak. However, Narsena, a novice adventurer, unexpectedly offers to form a party with him, and Laust eagerly agrees. The duo quickly gains fame by exploring uncharted parts of the labyrinth. Though Narsena's proposal seems hasty, Laust remains unaware of her motives. Meanwhile, Margulus fails again to slay a poisonous hydra, even with the help of elite healer Lyra. Laust is soon asked to rejoin Blades of Lightning, but moving on from his former comrades proves more challenging than he anticipated.
