Synopsis
Geisha Tokyo Entertainment has announced the production of Sakuran Boy DT, a Flash-animated series featuring a local costumed hero. The character's name is a play on the Japanese term for "cherry boy" and the Sakuranbo television station in Yamagata. The story follows Satou-kun, an ordinary high school student who transforms into Sakuran Boy DT to rescue the mayor's daughter from the secret society Zaou. The 11 five-minute episodes will premiere on January 14.
