Synopsis
This war propaganda film opens with Roosevelt and Churchill secretly planning their spy operations. Western spies, dressed in fancy suits and top hats, parachute into Japan, disrupting the lives of innocent farmers. The Japanese civilians manage to thwart the spy activities.
