Synopsis
Dr. Oki, a genius scientist who designed a new type of submarine, is missing. His son, Susumu, suspects an evil scheme by an unknown group. Knowing everything about his father's submarine, the Super 99, Susumu sets out on an underwater quest to find his father and stop the conspiracy, with the help of his friends and the Marine Corps.
