Synopsis
In the thirteenth century, in the harem of the Khan, wisdom is beauty. Fatima, from Persia, seeks a stage to use her knowledge and falls under the wing of Töregene, the sixth wife of Ögedei, the second Great Khan. These two women become the axel upon which the politics of the palace, and soon the world, will turn.
