Synopsis
Rumi Yokoi struggles to focus in class due to her neighbor, Toshinari Seki, who constantly engages in elaborate and intricate setups. Despite her attempts to concentrate, she often finds herself drawn into his antics, which usually result in her getting into trouble with their teacher. However, Seki's creative and eccentric activities make lessons far from dull!
