Synopsis
Mr. Matsuzawa is a novelist residing in Chiba Prefecture. Only his daughter Kazuko is aware that the family dog, Don Matsugorou, can speak. Don is injured in a fight with the neighbors' dog, King, a nouveau-riche mongrel with aspirations beyond his station. However, at the vet, Don falls in love with a small patchwork puppy named Chotaro.
