Sinopsis
Kasumi Toyama and the members of Poppin'Party, now second-year students, face new challenges such as student council duties, cram school, and part-time jobs. With their free time together reduced, their joyful times seem like a distant memory. However, an unfamiliar girl emerges, pulling them back into the spotlight. As the era of girl bands rises, bands like Afterglow, Pastel*Palettes, Roselia, and Hello, Happy World! begin to shine. With Poppin'Party's return and new friends, the heart-pounding music starts to play once again!

BanG Dream! 2nd Season is part of the "BanG Dream!" multimedia franchise, developed by Bushiroad in January 2015. The franchise also includes a mobile rhythm game, BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! for iOS and Android, developed by CraftEgg and published by Bushiroad. The Japanese version was released in March 2017, and the English version in April 2018. As of July 30, 2018, the game has surpassed 10 million downloads worldwide.
