Sinopsis
A comical action adventure featuring a caricature of radical ecoactivism and the bond between mother and children. The new mayor of Futaba Town, Mamoru Shizan, promotes ecology activities but is actually the leader of an eco-terrorist organization 'SKBE: Save Keeping Beautiful Earth'. He launches a plan to transform humans into animals using a special drink. Shinnosuke's father, Hiroshi, becomes a chicken, and his mother becomes a panther. With the help of a mystery woman, Victoria, the Nohara family and half-animalized members of Kasukabe Defense Forces fight to stop Shizan's plan.
