Sinopsis

Children's imaginative energy, once abundant from their doodles, has dwindled due to the rise of electronic tablets. This decline threatens the survival of the sky-bound Rakuga Kingdom, which relies on this energy. Desperate to avert disaster, the kingdom's princess seeks a hero from Earth capable of wielding the "Miracle Crayon." Meanwhile, the magical crayon finds its way into the hands of Shinnosuke "Shin-chan" Nohara. To safeguard his home and restore peace to both worlds, Shin-chan must harness his creativity and embark on a journey that pushes the boundaries of childlike imagination.

Crayon Shin-chan Movie 28: Gekitotsu! Rakugaki Kingdom to Hobo Yonin no Yuusha was initially scheduled for a theatrical release in Japan on April 24, 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the movie's release was postponed until September 11, 2020. The Blu-ray and DVD versions of the movie were made available on February 10, 2021.
