Sinopsis
Akira Fudo, a shy teenager, dies in a mountain climbing accident with his father. His body is then taken over by the demon Devilman, who uses it to disguise himself and cause chaos on Earth, paving the way for a demonic invasion. However, Devilman falls in love with Akira's childhood friend Miki Makimura and decides to protect her and humanity by battling his fellow demons. The Demon Tribe leader Zennon is furious at Devilman's betrayal and sends his former comrades to destroy him. The demons soon learn that Miki is precious to Devilman, and he must now protect her as well as himself. Will the power of love overcome true evil?
