Sinopsis
A large crowd has gathered to witness "The First Strongest Hero Fighting Tournament". Miyake Masaharu is ready to start the tournament once a special guest arrives. Miyake-san suddenly notices something in the distance; Goku appears riding on the Flying Nimbus, leaps off, and lands in the area. After showcasing his martial arts, he's prepared to take on all his strong opponents.
