Sinopsis

Yokosuka Girls' Marine High School is abuzz as they host interschool competitive games for other all-girls maritime high schools. Students from various grades mingle and enjoy the festivities as the events unfold. Meanwhile, Akeno Misaki, captain of the esteemed Harekaze class, and her executive officer Mashiro Munetani are torn when their instructor presents Mashiro with the chance to lead the Hiei class. Mashiro must make a tough choice soon, and Akeno must address the situation. The duo faces another hurdle when Yokosuka encounters a crisis. Pirates have seized a water purification plant and sea fortress, endangering the sea's safety. Akeno and Mashiro must now command the Harekaze class amidst a dire situation while dealing with their personal struggles.
