Sinopsis
In 2010 AD, Hyper Hurricanes struck worldwide, causing massive destruction and reducing the global population to 3 billion. Economies and militaries collapsed, countries froze under ice, and plains sank beneath the seas, dramatically altering the world. Human civilization entered a chaotic era, with poverty and slums spreading outside economic zones. The ruling class, Logos, maintained their power by force, while the poor, Revenus, were exiled. Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin escape from Phantom, a force monitoring and suppressing Revenus and renegade Logos elements, taking with them a mysterious girl, Nobuto Sana, who attracts various interests.
