Sinopsis
Joshiraku revolves around the conversations of five rakugo storyteller girls, discussing the peculiar events that occur in their lives each day. Their comedic and satirical talks cover a wide range of topics, from mundane observations of everyday life to politics, manga, and more. Each girl brings something new to the discussion, ensuring that the conversation never concludes where it began. The rakugo girls possess unique personalities: the energetic but immature Marii Buratei, the seemingly cute Kigurumi Haroukitei, the inherently lucky and carefree Tetora Bouhatei, the calm and violent Gankyou Kuurubiyuutei, and the pessimistic and unstable Kukuru Anrakutei. These girls, along with their mysterious friend in a wrestling mask, share their observations with the audience, either backstage at the rakugo theater or in various famous locations around Tokyo.
