Sinopsis

Kameda Kamerou is an ordinary high school student whose true feelings are hidden. One day, news spreads that his best friend, Kaerugawa Erutaka, has been helping others, catching the attention of a high-ranking group, including the school's superstar, Raionji Raiou, who aims to become the student council president. Kaerugawa suddenly joins them, causing Kameda to feel jealousy and an inferiority complex. Their friendship is tested, and on the day of the student council election, a session of "bone-to-bone collision" begins. This story explores the conflict and growth between these high school students and their ribs.
