Sinopsis

During the Halloween season in Shibuya, Tokyo, a wedding takes place at Shibuya Hikarie, where Sato is dressed as a bride. As Conan and the guests watch, an assailant suddenly interrupts the ceremony, injuring Takagi. Though Takagi survives, the incident triggers a disturbing memory for Sato, overlapping with a past tragedy. Meanwhile, the perpetrator of a series of bombings escapes from prison, and Rei Furuya/Toru Amuro, a public safety police member, hunts him down. However, a mysterious figure appears, placing a collar bomb on Amuro. Conan visits Amuro to disarm the bomb and learns about a past encounter with an unidentified virtual bomber named "Plamya." As Conan and his team investigate, a sinister shadow begins to emerge.
