Sinopsis
In 1989, the Japanese government enacted the Media Betterment Act, enabling the Media Betterment Committee (MBC) to censor and destroy problematic media under the guise of protecting public morals. In response, regional governments established the Library Defense Force (LDF) to protect freedom of expression. At the forefront of the Kanto branch of the LDF is the Library Task Force (LTF), an elite squad of exceptional fighters.
