Sinopsis
Yuu Koito has always been captivated by romantic shoujo manga and love songs. She eagerly awaits the day she receives a confession, expecting her heart to flutter with love. Yet, when her classmate from junior high confesses his love during their graduation, she feels unexpectedly empty. She realizes she understands romance as a concept but is incapable of experiencing the feeling herself. Now, having enrolled in high school, Yuu, disconcerted and dispirited, is still pondering how to respond to her suitor. There, she encounters the seemingly perfect student council president, Touko Nanami, elegantly rejecting a confession of her own. Inspired by Touko's manner, Yuu approaches her for advice, only to be bewildered when the president confesses to her! Yuu quickly finds herself in Touko's grasp and unknowingly sets herself on a path to find the emotion that has long eluded her.
