Synopsis
Maru-san and Sumi-san, during a night of drinking, hear the armies parade of the world and discuss them on a global scale. They discover that in every aspect, Japan's army was the smallest.
Arrière-plan
Only one surviving volume exists. The National Film Center at the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo determined that the surviving volume was not the first in the series but one of the two latter volumes.
