Synopsis
The Rinkai League has revived women's competitive cycling, inspiring many across Japan to pursue their dreams. Cycling fan Izumi Itou is hesitant to join, but her grandmother, a former champion, offers to train her. With the arrival of a formidable Swiss competitor, Izumi finds the motivation to excel and win.
