Synopsis
Anpanman, his friends, and the cloud child Fuwari work together to save Cloud Country. Cloud Country travels to distribute rain-making clouds and rainbows to various towns and stars, ensuring the health of flowers and plants. A cloud baby from Cloud Country encounters Baikinman and his friends, who name the baby Fuwari. Fuwari quickly grows and forms a bond with Dokin-chan.
