Synopsis
In the year Tenpo 14, Yoi, monsters from another world, attack Edo. Those who fight against them are members of Bansha Aratemesho, an organization known publicly as a group studying foreign books. In reality, they are dedicated to destroying the Yoi. These warriors, called Ayakashi, gather information on odd events and are sent to destroy the Yoi. They are generally strange individuals, such as a guy who has lost his memory and a girl who dresses like a man. They possess special powers to defeat the Yoi.
