Sinossi
A global catastrophe unfolds as ability users are found dead after encountering a mysterious fog. The Armed Detective Agency investigates these strange suicides, which seem linked to an unknown ability user known as "Collector." To save Yokohama and ability users worldwide, the agency forms an unlikely alliance with the dangerous Port Mafia. Trust and courage are tested as they confront the Collector's sinister plans.
