Sinossi
On a Sunday morning, the gang heads out for a picnic. Arale nearly gets hit by a car when she crosses the street without looking. Senbei creates a rice machine that brings pictures to life, one of which is a bicycle. Tarou and Akane get into trouble for their reckless riding. The next day, everyone goes to school, and Tarou ignores his lessons from the previous day, crashing into a truck when he speeds through an intersection.
