Sinossi
The second race in the MFG tournament takes place on the challenging Lake Ashinoko track. Despite his car's lack of horsepower, Kanata Katagiri's Toyota 86 GT is tuned to qualify quickly. However, a heavy downpour on the final day creates traction issues for all drivers. Kanata, benefiting from his upbringing and training, manages to take the lead with some risky maneuvers. He still faces tough competition from Michael Beckenbauer, the previous race's winner, and Kouki Sawatari, the track's record holder. Kanata must also be cautious of drivers behind him, ready to exploit any mistake.
