Sinossi
Earth has been conquered by the evil Illumidus Empire, drawing parallels to the U.S. post-World War II occupation of Japan. Captain Harlock, along with a group that will become his lifelong friends, begins their fight against this tyranny imposed on Earth, with no regard for the personal costs, caring only for the ideal of restoring freedom to the people of Earth.
