Sinopse
In 1868, English nobleman George Joestar and his son Jonathan are rescued by Dario Brando, who actually intended to rob them. Twelve years later, after Dario's death, George adopts his son, Dio. Dio secretly plots to steal the Joestar fortune, creating a rift between George and Jonathan. Years later, Dio's schemes resurface when George falls ill, and Jonathan suspects Dio's involvement.
Background
JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken was announced on July 5, 2012, at a press conference celebrating the 25th anniversary of Hirohiko Araki's long-running series. The anime is a full adaptation of the first two parts in the series, Phantom Blood and Sentou Chouryuu (Battle Tendency). While the animation was produced by David Production, the opening theme animations were produced by the studio Kamikaze Douga (神風動画).
