Sinopse
No 20º andar da Torre, os "Regulars" que foram permitidos a entrar têm que realizar testes árduos e extremamente caros para subir de nível. A maioria desiste e escolhe ficar onde está — mas não Ja Wangnan. Wangnan está determinado a chegar ao topo e se tornar o rei da Torre. No entanto, ele é fraco e falhou repetidamente no exame, com cobradores de dívidas em seu encalço. Em desespero, ele tenta o exame mais uma vez, apenas para encontrar um indivíduo misterioso e poderoso: Jyu Viole Grace, um membro do sindicato do crime FUG. Amaldiçoando sua má sorte, Wangnan não tem escolha a não ser formar alianças com pessoas fortes, incluindo Viole — que ainda se recusa a fazer parte de qualquer equipe. Em uma situação desesperadora, Wangnan deve encontrar uma maneira de mudar de ideia Viole para finalmente avançar além do 20º andar, ou nunca terá a chance de construir seu legado.
