Sinopse
No ano 153 da Era Universal, o tirânico Império Zanscare tomou o controle hostil do Side 2, uma colônia espacial fora da órbita da Terra. Seguindo os passos do extinto Principado de Zeon e do mais recente Crossbone Vanguard, o Zanscare governa seus súditos com crueldade, usando frequentemente uma grande guilhotina para execuções públicas. Vivendo na Europa Central, o imigrante espacial Üso Ewin se junta à Liga Militar, uma milícia composta por civis frustrados com a incapacidade da Federação Terrestre de combater o Império Zanscare. As habilidades latentes de Üso como um Newtype psíquico despertam e lhe permitem pilotar o Victory Gundam, o único traje móvel capaz de conter as forças de elite BESPA do Império Zanscare. Esperando proteger seu melhor amigo Shakti Kareen e localizar seus pais dentro das fileiras da Federação, Üso continua a lutar com o Victory, buscando pôr fim ao reinado do império.
