Sinopse
A adolescente animada Ichika Usami tem uma paixão por doces, inspirada pela confeitaria de sua mãe. Para celebrar o retorno de sua mãe do exterior, ela tenta fazer um bolo sozinha. Seus esforços são interrompidos quando um fada em forma de cachorro chamada Pekorin invade sua cozinha. Com a ajuda de Pekorin, Ichika consegue assar seu bolo. No entanto, um imp chamado Gummy invade e tenta roubar o "kirakiraru" do bolo, um poder mágico que traz felicidade aos doces. Embora Ichika inicialmente ofereça seu bolo a Gummy para proteger Pekorin, a fada a ajuda a perceber a importância do doce e do amor que ele representa. À medida que o kirakiraru dentro do bolo de Ichika cresce, ele se transforma em enfeites que lhe concedem o poder de se tornar Cure Whip, uma heroína conhecida como Pretty Cure. Usando suas novas habilidades, ela luta contra os ladrões de kirakiraru sempre que eles aparecem, protegendo os doces de Ichigozaka e encontrando novas aliadas coloridas ao longo do caminho.
