Synopsis
After the US military removes a sadistic Central-American tyrant, a spirit of merciless vengeance is born. The deposed ruler and his loyal daughter devise a plan using the Bay City Hotel's new supercomputer to deliver a nuclear payload to Washington. However, their plan has an unforeseen problem—City Hunter. The question remains: whose finger is faster? The girl on the button or the man on the trigger?
