Synopsis
Celty Sturluson is entrusted with delivering a suspicious red handbag as part of her courier duties. However, several organizations are after it, leading her through Ikebukuro and into a conflict that involves many city residents. Meanwhile, famous actor Yuuhei Hanejima arrives in Ikebukuro for a special TV program, searching for the best couple to star in one of his movies. But Yuuhei Hanejima is actually Kasuka Heiwajima, Shizuo's younger brother. When an anonymous internet user threatens to kill the superstar, this user learns the significance of that relationship. Shizuo discovers that the one responsible for the attempted attack is the meddlesome pest he despises.
