With the advent of Hybrid Performance Exceed Reactor (HyPER), race cars can now reach speeds of up to five hundred kilometers per hour. Five years after the inception of the NEX Race, where cars are enhanced by HyPER and even AI, Lorenzo M. Salvatore stands as the undisputed champion. Entering the tournament unexpectedly is Rin Rindou, a former ballet dancer who set a world record in a racing video game. Despite her lack of experience, Rin aims to dethrone the reigning champion, utilizing her unique skills and the innovations of the NEX Race.
