Synopsis
As a new semester begins, high school junior Kuroki finds himself seated next to Mai Chihara, a girl known for her gothic style and intense gaze. Rumored to be a "landmine" girl or jirai-kei, Chihara is often associated with yandere tendencies. However, Kuroki discovers that beneath her intimidating exterior lies a surprisingly sweet, albeit quirky, individual. As he learns more about her, he questions whether her reputation is truly deserved or if there's more to her than meets the eye.
