Synopsis
Business is slow for the Ootsuji Detective Agency. Soutarou and his young assistant Saki take on any job they can get, even if it seems risky. During festival season in the city, a series of mysterious disappearances occur. A journalist hires Soutarou to investigate, hinting that answers might be found in the Dark, the city's notorious underground. When Saki also goes missing, Soutarou is forced to enter the Dark himself, facing its dangerous inhabitants, including the Laughing Masks gang and the renegade police squad with the Demon 463 armored train!
